Refund Policy. 

The explanations and information provided on this page are only general explanations and informational. Puppies are given high level attention and care. At 6 weeks puppies receive a licensed veterinarian who performs an exam. Puppies temperature and weight is taken. At scheduled exam appointment, puppies receive their first set of vaccines. During the same appointment puppies also receive an additional Health and Wellness Certification performed (In which we pay additional fees) by the licensed veterinarian at their appointment. Potential health concerns (if any) by our veterinarian would be noted on each individual puppies certification and health records, and forwarded to the new potential owner. Our puppies health and wellness is noted as they grow and are healthy and well during raising them & before/during transfer of each puppy (proof of certification and health record given at time of transfer). The new owner acknowledges they are responsible to take their puppy to the veterinarian of their choice within 3 days of transfer of puppy to verify health and wellness. No refund would be given after 3 days. It is your responsibility to keep your puppy healthy and are given our veterinarians recommendations and facts of keeping your puppy safe and healthy, especially during the crucial time period of their vaccine cycle and building their immunity against diseases. Perspective owners of puppies acknowledge their puppy cannot be taken to any public parks, or areas where other animals frequent, defecate or urine (those are all high dangers for disease).
